Research Interests

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH), Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DCFI) and Harvard Medical School. My Ph.D. work at the University of Wisconsin–Madison was focused on the use of quantitative PET/CT imaging for cancer treatment response assessment. My research interests include development of imaging biomakers, image registration, auto-contouring of tumor volume, 4D-PET/CT, and real-time tracking of lung tumor during radiotherapy.

Currently, I am investigating the association between PET/CT imaging features and genetic mutations in the non-small cell lung cancer. Our group ultimately aims to develop combined models of imaging and genomic data for early prediction of cancer treatment outcome.
