Research Interests

I am a PhD candidate at the Computational Imaging and Bioinformatics Laboratory in Boston, MA, USA. I received my Master of Science in Computer Vision and Graphics as well as Machine Learning from the Graz University of Technology in Austria after I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Engineering from the same university. Additionally, I hold a mechanical engineering degree and have extensive knowledge and expertise in this field. I moved to Boston to apply my previous knowledge and education to cancer research. My current research focuses on deep learning as well as manual and automatic tumor segmentation in CT and MR images.
