Research Interests
I am a PGY4 resident in the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program with a background in biological engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I attended Harvard Medical school for my medical training. During my time at HMS, I conducted research through the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Fellowship, focusing on the genetics of sickle cell disease. We developed a framework to understand how common human genetic variation modulates gene expression and disease susceptibility. Since then, I have shifted my focus towards research in radiation oncology. My research interests include using imaging and genomics to discover biomarkers that can inform clinical decision-making in radiation treatment. Currently, I am pursuing a project that uses radiomics to predict small cell lung cancer response and outcomes to radiation and chemoradiation treatment.
