I am a postdoctoral research fellow at the Computational Imaging and Bioinformatics Laboratory (CIBL) at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Our laboratory investigates advanced quantitative imaging methods to capture tumor phenotype. Those methods could be either supervised (RADIOMICS) or unsupervised (DEEP LEARNING). These features can be extracted from diverse image modalities (such as CT, PET or MRI). Our research mainly focuses on investigating the association between tumor characteristics and clinical information such as tumor evolution (e.g. survival) or nature (e.g.chromosomic alterations). The goal of our research is identify valuable predictors that could help to enable precision medicine.
My research is mainly investigating radiogenomics in meningioma (association between phenotype and genotype) and the use of deep learning in several cancer types.
