Research Interests
I am a medical physics resident at Harvard Medical School, affiliated with Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Within the Computational Imaging and Bioinformatics Laboratory, my research focus is on the analysis of lung tumour CT images for response evaluation through computational analyses. I have a mixed biological and physics background with research experience in biochemistry and biophysics. During my doctoral studies, I developed software algorithms for automated analysis of digitized histology involving image segmentation, registration, and machine learning, with a focus on vascular regeneration after ischemia. My current research interests include personalized therapy and machine learning for computer aided diagnosis.
